Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of receipt for both defective and non-defective items, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or not-as-described items, return shipping costs will be reimbursed alongside your refund or replacement, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Defective items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with details and a photo of the issue.

 

Change of mind returns

Refunds for change of mind returns are issued as store credit.

 

How to return

To start a return, contact us through our store. Returns must be received within 28 days of receipt. Please include your order number with the returned item.

 

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
