Shipping policy

UK delivery only. We post from Cheshire with Royal Mail.

Cost

• Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend
• £6.99 if you want express delivery

Dispatch

Order before 2pm UK time on a working day and it goes out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend, go out the next working day.

Delivery times

Standard: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Express: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

If something goes wrong

Once a parcel is with Royal Mail the timing is out of our hands. If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will sort it.
